CONDITIONS OF USE

1. No alcohol consumed by anyone under the age of 21. Violation can result in early termination, no refunds.
2. No SMOKING inside limo, $100.00 charge per incident. NO EXCEPTIONS
3. Vomit in Limo carries a $250.00 charge per incident. NO EXCEPTIONS
4. Missing and broken glasses carry a $10 charge per glass. Decanters missing or broken are $50.
5. All tolls and parking are not included and are the customers’ responsibility.
6. Any unruly passenger causing a safety hazard for the driver will be immediately removed with no refund.
7. We are not responsible for any lost, broken, or stolen items. Please remove all valuables.
8. No illegal drug use of any kind.
9. Overtime will be billed in half hour increments, with charges accruing 5 minutes past the hour/half hour.
10. Cancellations must be made by certified mail within 14 days of reservation to avoid full contract charges.
11. Customer agrees overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to any overtime charges.
12. All electronics, amenities, etc. are free. You are only paying for the actual vehicle and transportation. Therefore, there will be no concessions made if any amenity is inoperable or unavailable.
13. All entertainment including cds, DVDs, Ipods, etc. to be provided by the client.
14. Any unlisted damage to vehicle interior, vehicle exterior, electronics, and amenities will be assessed and charged accordingly.
15. Full refunds will be given if vehicle is unavailable due to mechanical problems.
